Q & A

Do I really need therapy?

Everyone goes through challenging situations in life. You may have successfully navigated through other difficult times. But therapy is for those who have enough self-awareness to realize that they need a helping hand in new circumstances or hard times.

What is therapy like?

In general, clients can expect to discuss the current events happening in their lives, each personal history is relevant to issues, and all clients receive therapeutic interventions that lead to new insights and ideas that help provide new perspectives and motivations for desired change.

Does what we talk about remain confidential?

YES! Absolutely. (However, certain criminal acts must be reported by law.)

What if I have more questions?
